What is it like working as a Facilities Coordinator?

Facilities Coordinator in Leeds:
Overall a very poor company that appears to be in its infancy with much to learn with regards how staff are dealt with and what should be expected of staff in line with pay scales etc. Unfortunately there is some expectation at ghd that you are happy to have your contract broken on numerous occasions which as a company they don’t seem to get!
Given that staff turnover is currently around 50% I would encourage everyone to think seriously if ghd is the right career choice.

Pros: The people
Cons: I don't qualify for cost of living increases raises or bonuses. There is absolutely 0 places for me to move up to and I get no other incentives
