Self Worth.
Executive Administrative Assistant:
Find a company that has the core values you have. It is much easier to work in a company where you value what they do and how you contribute to the overall company mission. I've worked for some company where they say they have core value, but really, it is not. I feel appreciated everyday at work and support a great bunch of individuals. From ordering catering for meetings and all of the site supplies, I feel appreciated in the change that I have made to this environment.

Executive Administrative Assistant:
An Executive Admin has the ear of the department heads and is the "junction-box" where all the ideas meet. This position can ensure groups working on like projects connect and that teamwork extends throughout the company. This must all be done while keeping confidentiality and integrity at the top of your list when relaying any information; ensure the boss wants the groups to know they are working toward a "like" goal.
