Pros: as long as you are getting your work done and trying, people generally let you be and appreciate your work. They wont say it directly to you, but it shows in raises, free lunches, and certain leniences pertaining to dress and hours.
Cons: The management style, the lack of training, and the in consistencies in design. It would be better if everyone on one team were on the same page.
