Pros: In Melbourne there is great infrastructure, people are very open and embrace other cultures. Finding job is not hard if you are qualified in the field you want to work in. Traffic is well controlled and freeways are always running without delays or jam. There is great variety of food and cuisine available throughout Melbourne. Lovely parks and BBQ places to visit.
Cons: The weather is very and cost of living very expensive even grocery is very expensive.
