Great Challenging Position.

February 2014
Stress.
Documentation Specialist:

Cons: Lack of communication, no feedback.
November 2013
Fight for the right title
Documentation Specialist:
Don't let employer change your title after you are hired to fit you into their changed pay structure. If you are a technical writer or information developer and you are hired as that title, keep the title. If they change the title due to a reorganization in the company in order to keep you in a lower pay bracket (although you keep your current salary), fight for the title. It means more if you switch companies.
