Documentation Specialist Reviews
What is it like working as a Documentation Specialist?
February 2020
Documentation Specialist in Chicago:
If you have an offer from anyone else, take it. It's a prejudice organization that promotes and hires based on privilege not merit. Organized chaos. They need new management styles and better management. Most of the managers are at or past retirement age and refuse to adapt new practices or skills.

Documentation Specialist in Montréal:

Documentation Specialist in New York:
Pros: I like that my roles add value to the organization.
Cons: I like that there are a wide range to tasks and projects.
May 2019
Great flexibility, but a bit disorganized.
Documentation Specialist in Lexington Park:
Pros: I love the flexibility KBR provides! I am able to work from home when I have unavoidable life "things" to take care of and am trusted to be a good steward of my time and resources. The work itself is enjoyable but not too complicated or overwhelming; the workflow here comes in waves, but nothing that ever becomes unmanageable. Pairing this with the flexible hours and telecommuting opportunities makes KBR a sweet company to work for!
Cons: There is a tendency for projects etc to be disorganized, making it necessary for employees to actively engage and reach out to co-workers for clarification. Because KBR works for the government, there are a lot of security protocols that make information and file sharing more difficult, so you have to be extra vigilant and persistent when asking for the necessary information to get your job done.
April 2019

Documentation Specialist in Mississauga:

Cons: dealing with staff issues
February 2019
Documentation Specialist:
Puffer has awesome employee benefits! The only area of improvement I could possibly see is a little higher pay. It ranks a little low when it comes to the average pay of a certain job. Other than that, I think Puffer is OUTSTANDING!
