How Poor The Company Performed Before My Arrival.
Director of Operations:
Check that the incumbent staff understand any data you ask for to evaluate the position. Don't ask for the obvious data-set, tell them what you want to know ans ask them to provide information which will give you the understanding you need to make an assessment as to whether the job is viable/worth doing. At senior level, you are interviewing the company probably more than they you. Make sure that you are not only prepared to respond to the interview panel but moreover that you have your queries answered and satisfy yourself you are not being "sold a pup"!
