For profit company operating as a nonprofit. It is really sad that some companies put profits ahead of the health of their patients and employees. Compensation for front line staff is kept unfairly low, while physicians make extremely high salaries. Leadership is extremely dysfunctional and intentionally limits communication to maintain complete control.
