It's good, because I have a passion for helping others, even if I am not compensated as I think I should be. The feeling I get when others are helped is far more satisfying than a large paycheck.

Pros: I have grown to know a lot of our customers, and being a campus town, we are always meeting new people. Chapel Hill keeps growing. I was born and raised in Chapel Hill.
Cons: There are always people that feel entitled and have selfish spirits, which can be annoying.

Pros: I like the entrusted responsibility and autonomy of my schedule. They have positioned me to exercise new strengths.
Cons: Lack of communication (we're working to correct that). The standards have not been clear up to this point, which is also being resolved.
