Pros: I really enjoy my role due to the responsibilities, working with a young and fun staff, having an energized but relaxed environment, and working for a company that services others. Not to mention, I have a flexible schedule, wear comfortable clothes, and our office is accessible and an easy environment to operate in.
Cons: Pay is unfortunately lower than the market average, therefore, the quality of our staff can also be lower than the market average.
