January 2020
Delivery Driver in River Falls:
Management is too often uninvolved and uninterested. Poor communication top down. Finding the proper avenues to contact your immediate superior and proper contacts proves difficult. The job has been enjoyable and could be great with the right team, it just needs a management that’s hands on and available to deal with the responsibilities a lower level employee requires from their superiors. Responsibilities and tasks above your pay grade or ability that simply go unchecked and without response. Thus unfortunately you’re left in a boat nobody cared to make sure there was a paddle in. Blame then falls on you for not making it back to shore. Don’t expect a raise, “if you’re in it for the money, this probably isn’t the job for you.”
