Challenging, rewarding, flexible, never a dull moment.

Pros: I like the fact that everyday presents new challenges. The telecom Industry changes all the time. Working with a strong team saving clients money and getting their services up and working.
Cons: The solution to a problem is not always in our control. Telecom carriers can be extremely difficult to work with due to the size of the organizations.

Military are Great Customers.
Customer Support Manager:
After working for over a decade in commercial customer and technical service, I moved to a goverment contracting position. The difference was obvious. Military customers are more polite, reasonable and accept information and support much better than commercial customers. If you can find it, military and government contracting is the place to be for technical and customer support roles.

Pros: Knowing that I made a difference in other peoples life's. The satisfaction of helping to resolve issues so that their work day is less hectic than it most likely already is.
