Pros: I enjoy the ability I have to work remotely and customer interactions - helping them achieve what they want from the product. Colleagues are all great.
Cons: Some lack of communication. Feel left out sometimes as a remote worker.

Pay is below market rate and benefits are at the low-end of quality. The health insurance is very limited. Pretty average for the retail industry.
Culture is okay, they really seem to try to float a good working team, but the corporate team is so large and diverse that communicating with anyone is a bit of a hassle.
