Customer Service Specialist Reviews
What is it like working as a Customer Service Specialist?
November 2013
Customer Service Specialist:
Pros: What I mostly like about my current job is interacting with my customer. It really gives me pleasure in knowing that at the end of each shift I came in and I did what I had to do and I delivered. Not only are my customers satisfied but my manager, too.
Cons: The least thing unfortunately that I don't like about my current job is the fact that it is a 24-hour location which means we sometimes have to work until 12 at night. It's also open during public holidays which does not give you enough time to spend with your loved ones. Also the office conditions at the moment are a little bit harsh. We have construction going on. Amidst it all we have to serve our customers which I feel is very unhealthy.
