Pros: No two calls are the same. Every person communicates differently, I enjoy the challenge of solving problems for our members and discovering ways to meet the members need and exceed their expectations!
Cons: Qualstar is very team-oriented. I love that they support us in many ways. Due to circumstances and an ever changing world, we've been finding it challenging like most companies to hire and keep good people. As a result, extended hours and high call volumes make the work challenging.
