Pros: Ability to Move up the ladder.
Cons: Dealing with customer complaints.

Pros: For a part-time job, its relatively good pay. I enjoy the people I work with and our new store manager has made a big difference.
Cons: During our busy season, it can get hectic. Sometimes we could be better organized (i.e., down stocking, knowing where product is located)

Pros: I love my coworkers, I love you making an impact on the store, and I love helping people.
Cons: Sometimes my coworkers are lazy but are payed more than myself.

Cons: Low pay.
Disrespectful Customers.
Overnight work.

Providing excellent customer service, learning new skills.
Customer Service Associate:
Pros: I enjoy working with customers and being physically active. I enjoy gaining more skills and added knowledge to help customers with their improvement projects.
Cons: When associates are unable to complete their tasks, usually it gets passed off to the next associate. This can have a negative affect on store sales.

Cons: I don't see a future in the company.
