Creative Services Manager:
November 2015
My job is OK.
Creative Services Manager:
Pros: I like that I am able to work independently and have a fair amount of flexibility with my work. I am not micromanaged and hardly managed at all, which makes for a fairly stress-free environment.
Cons: I do not feel as though I am fairly compensated for my work. I do a lot for this company and believe I am pretty indispensable to the current workflow here. If and when I leave this job, they will need to hire at least two people to replace me, and with my currently salary, I feel as though that makes me extremely underpaid.

Creative Manager @ Health Food Grocery Store.
Creative Services Manager:
Pros: Being creative, freedom to use creative license in my design, non-corporate relaxed environment, good co-workers, tight knit departmental team, great boss, free goods, profit sharing, ability to be myself at work, having my own office with a nice computer and up to date software, not micro-managed, work located in good part of town, feeling like I contribute something significant and make a difference to the company, wide range of projects - always working on something new.
Cons: Needing to be flexible and ready for last minute changes and requests due to disorganized processes and poor communication, moderately high stress job.
