Pros: The co-workers outside of the creative department are fantastic. The chance to be creative on a daily basis is fun and i enjoy the challenges it brings. I enjoy mentoring and being honest with the team that I have brought on.
Cons: I dislike the creative team's constant backstabbing. The leadership of the company has no direction or vision that shows things will get better which is stressful. We share resources (people) across our two offices (BOS and PHL) which leads to way too many territory arguments. People aren't willing to listen to ideas from outside of their departments.
