Lack of direction from leadership that leads to mediocre performance by the organization as a whole. Empty promises on necessary tools needed to perform jobs at the highest level seems to be an acceptable "norm".

Pay very close attention to saving $$ for car repair & keep your eyes open for higher quality driver jobs or indenpent driver jobs. UPS.FedEx ect.

Pros: To always give my best and to be friendly and polite to make the clients happy.
Cons: No uniform unprofessional.

Cons: The pay is a bit low. Need a job that pays more.
