Courier / Messenger:
I enjoy the work that I do. The nurses, lab technicians, custodians and the few doctors that I have met, had been very helpful to me when I first started. Now that I am in my 2nd year it is smooth sailing. I don't believe that I am being properly compensated for my efforts. Two new people were hired off the street within the last 4-6 months @ $2.00 more per hour then I am making. I am disappointed that the management would allow this to happen. You know this causes dissension. There are 5-6 to couriers with 6-7 years on this job, that are not making what these two new hires are making. I hope you will equalize this situation for harmony for all of us.
