Controls Engineer:
Pros: I have lots of ability to try and learn new skills. They have let me teach myself and learn as I go.
Cons: There are only 4 engineers in an engineering department of 20. I am asked to teach others often.

Cons: Starting from scratch to design something to get a direction to go in.
