Lean Implementation.
Continuous Improvement Manager:
Pros: I am tasked with coming up with ideas to make the company's process flow more smoothly. I enjoy determining the most efficient ways to go about improving processes. I feel a sense of accomplishment in implementing new ideas.

Perks.
Continuous Improvement Manager:
Pros: I like being able to manage projects and make improvements throughout the warehouse. My boss is great, he gives me a task and a deadline and then leaves me alone to complete the work.
Cons: Benefits are expensive.
Perks are limited, no bonuses.
I don't receive any compensation for my successful improvements.
My salary is the same as the operations supervisors.
