Continuous Improvement Manager Reviews

What is it like working as a Continuous Improvement Manager?

January 2023
Learn and grow.
Continuous Improvement Manager in Colombo:
Pros: Its a great place and has many opportunities to learn & grow within the organization
Cons: Salary pain in APAC region like Sri Lanka is very low compared to other regions RRD operates
January 2022
Continuous Improvement Manager:
Amazing products - mind blowing actually. Front-line employees also so passionate and determined. Main issue is that the organization is in a cultural pivot changing from "Management by Objective" to "Servant Leadership" model which will mean streamlining and flattening the overly complex hierarchy of reporting structure and mindset to modernize. This transformation is very ongoing and until it stabilizes with better focus on back to basics of essentialism, quality thinking and standardization - low retention will remain a threat.

Continuous Improvement Manager in Atlanta:
One of the company that really cares about employees. The people are great. The benefits such as 401k and health care is slightly better than the market. The company has some complex processes and lack of standardization in term of works and procedures. The upper management such as directors and some VP are too complacent and sometimes not opening up for changes. Most directors and VP are internally promoted which is great but the cons is that they are very narrow in the Clorox Way..always been doing that.
March 2021
Working in Calgary.
Continuous Improvement Manager in Calgary:
Pros: Pay is decent, access to the mountains and parks is very close by. Plenty of trails and outdoor activities. Friendly people
Cons: For a major metro area, Calgary is lacking a lot of culture and nightlife. It feels very "executive" in the downtown core where a lot oil companies do work. Majority of business is utilities or oil and gas related which gets very tiring talking about day after day.
January 2020
Improving processes.
Continuous Improvement Manager in Irvine:
Pros: There is a lot of flexibility around how to accomplish the tasks.
Cons: During transition people aren't able to take more projects on so there is less to do at the moment and I know that there is a lot of work coming. It's like waiting for an earthquake to strike but not knowing if it will decimate you or just give you a lot of work.
March 2019
Good area if you can find the right employer.
Continuous Improvement Manager in Yakima:
Pros: Not so big that gives you big city problems
Cons: Limited types of employment
March 2019
Good opportunity.
Continuous Improvement Manager in Winston-Salem:
Pros: Flexible schedule
Cons: travel
