Construction Superintendent in Los Angeles:
Pros: Great compensation package. When they say they care about their employees they mean it. My supervisor gives all Superintendents 1 week off between projects to unwind and relax before starting the next job, on the company and does NOT come out of your vacation time.
Cons: Because they care so much about and are loyal to their employees they tend to hold on to people that become complacent and just aren’t working as hard.
