Construction Superintendent Reviews
What is it like working as a Construction Superintendent?
July 2020
Construction Superintendent in San Francisco:
Unorganized. Management does not have clear responsibilities and knowledge of their roles as project managers etc.. . Small company that has a problem keeping employees. Inexperienced project managers taking over responsibility of superintendent and are constantly making errors and blaming it on foreman and apprentice carpenters. Senior project manager has little experience in the construction industry. Came from a background of teaching automotive at a high school level. Highly recommend not to work for this company.
