Greedy Grady.
Construction Superintendent:
Stay away from Graham construction. They treat everyone like they are disposable, this company has a hard time retaining key employees because the owner operator is unprofessional and has no integrity what so ever. He will lie to you face and try to bully his way out when you call him on it.

Hours You Will Actually Work And What You Should Know
Construction Superintendent:
When going salary for this large construction company you should know that you will be paid wages based on a 40 hour work week. The truth is more in line with a 72 hour work week or more during the busy season. You may try to manage your time more efficiently to help minimize hours. I found my drive for high production and low cost kept me at my post longer than desired. Stress management is a skill you will need when managing large crews and million dollar budgets. Strong people skills, keeping focused, setting attainable milestones. Mentoring your crews and engineering team daily is important.
