Cons: Negative environment amongst peers and management aka bus rolling of employees. Favoritism.

Pros: This had been the best company I have worked for.
Cons: Honest there is no bad maybe having to work holidays, but that is the business and they do a great job at getting us at least a holiday off if not 2.

Multi-Task To The Beat Of The Telephone Ring!
Concierge:
Be prepared to have some quiet moments and some extremely stressful moments depending on the number of telephone callers at any one time. Writing composition and proofreading is a must as well as artistic talents in graphic design. Effective communication with people is a constant requirement and proper etiquette are required. Computer knowledge for website administration is an important part of the position.

Cons: Very poor pay scale. Stressful. Some rude people. Long hours. No acknowledgement for your hard work.
