Lack of communication.
Under payed for the racist comments and bad attitude you deal with daily. How do you hire us for concierge work but have us watching security camera cctv which is what security is trained and suppose to do. If you have concierge doing security work we should be pay for those incentives then. Management is very fair and understanding specially with this whole pandemic I have nothing bad to say about that period. There has to be some lead way with the use of cellar device while working these desk jobs. You’re there 8hour a day not to mention if u work overnights we are in 2021 where technology is everything we shouldn’t be handing out writes up or warning ⚠️ If the concierge been sitting at the desk for 5 hours! No one walked in or signed a packages out and u decided to take 20 minutes on the phone responded to text from family or spouse or even a social media check. Why do we only have 30 minutes lunch paid ? We work on high end location weather you order by Uber eats or call you’re local mom and pop restaurant all takes 30-1hour to deliver any how think that’s unfair and could be change. Last if we are in a pandemic and the news the media is telling us to stay home if we are not feeling well , sick etc United health CDC And the employees do so why write the employee up and tell them it’s becoming a pattern as if employees truly control how sick they feel prior to calling out . I think that was very insensitive and unfair with all the mental stress t
