Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator in Pierceton:
We work 7 days a week. At one point it was mandatory to work three 12 hour days and we got to pick the days we wanted to work those 12 hours. A wonderful job if you want to make a good chunk of money in a short period of time. The job can be taxing on your body, stretches and regular doctor visits would be recommended. Not a good job if you are an active parent unless you have a good support system for babysitting. The pay is good, but sometimes it feels like the upper management doesn't really care about your wellbeing....I've seen some changes regarding that though and I hope to continue to see concern for safety and measures taken to minimize accidents that should have been nonexistant.
June 2019
Being a setter/operator.
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator in New Bern:
Pros: I like running the punch/laser machines. Also the pay is good.
Cons: That everything is top secret. It like they want you to be in the dark about everything. Upper management doesn’t tell us anything
