First experience as a CNC Operator.
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator in Webberville:
Pros: Running the machines. When I have good days, I can run them like nobody's business. I like my co-workers too. Lots of good humor amongst them to help the day go by.
Cons: The way management handles situations. They seem to be absent from the shop floor and seldom communicate with us. I also don't like how they sit on their temporary workers for long periods of time before deciding to hire them. Also, the turnover rate is high, mainly due to temps not being hired in within a reasonable amount of time.
