Communications Officer in Cincinnati:
Pros: It's a good place to raise family.
Cons: Jobs seems to be given to friends or family not based off the expertise. You must know someone to get a good paying job. Also technology in Cincinnati is outdated. April 2016
Corprate Culture.
Communications Officer:
Pros: I love the fact that everything we do in some way has an impact on the lives of the disadvantaged. I love writing and learning new things about the organisation and our partners.
I love the 'family' culture in how most of us relate and the fact that I am growing in others areas of interest such as design, using my skills in my work.
Cons: Being undervalued is the worst.
I work long hours (after hours) and am responsible for the content creation and management for most of the organisation's events, publications and communication.
