Taking them to the bathroom getting them coffee, cleaning there spills. You are there to keep them comfortable unt there time comes. You are there angel day by day.

It's stressful, but in the end you learn so much and you create relationships with other staff and the patients.

They give with the left hand while they take with the right hand.. Their benefits start only to make sense after at least 5 yrs with them.

Pros: I love my residents and my u it manager. She’s so great and understanding and is always working with us aids. Overall it’s not a bad place to work. It’s a nice building, and lots of nice workers
Cons: I feels like I’m not paid fairly for how much work and time I put into my job. I work a max of 60 hours a week and a minimum of 40. I’m always picking up more than the average employee and I just feel my wage doesn’t reflect it and I’m not always appreciated and that I’m expected to always pick up and I’m always the first one asked to pick up a shift.

Employees complaint to much and cause drama because of covid but it is our job.
