I am just now looking into their facility. I am however hopeful that working at Hubbard Hill will be a great experience for myself as well as the residents and my coworkers.

Pros: I enjoy being a CNA because of the relationships I build while providing thoae with carw and support they need and deserve
Cons: Im not sure about Hubbard Hill but in general there are a lot of hours to cover when it comes to employee call offs. Its almost seems standard.

Poor Work Environment.

Cons: Managers speak down to you if English is not your first language and refuse to provide raises regardless of time at the company.

Too clicky with other cnas. Make newbies feel like outcasts.

Friendly Environment.

Pros: I enjoy the people I work with. You always have those downers in every organization, but most of my coworkers are fantastic people just trying to help others.
Cons: The politics. People who have never done our job or don't remember how to do it should not make policy decisions without feeling their effects firsthand, on the floor.
