Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Columbia:
Always short staffed. Night shift always have to stay over to cover first shift. Management is awful. They don't care about you as a co-worker. They think they are above staff who works on the floor. Talk to you any kind of way, but don't expect you to defend yourself. It's a job, but you have to be strong and go on about your duties. The place is in need of strong changes.

Wonderful people.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Rexburg:
Pros: I absolutely love my patients! It was very rare that I worked with a patient who was irritated or rude. Everyone that I met with was kind, patient, and informative on the care they expected.
Cons: The only complain I have would be that although there was communication with the office, they would still schedule you to do things when you weren't supposed to/ easily forget set schedules (i.e. school class times and such).
