Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Provo:
Pros: The hours are pretty flexible, and they are able to respect my availability. I feel that I am paid pretty well, and when hard times hit, my boss is always quick to give us a bonus. Caring for patients in the community is so rewarding and they always appreciate my help.
Cons: Driving to and from patient homes can be tough sometimes. And sometimes you and the patient don't always get along. Those can be hard, but as long as I am communicating with my supervisor and realizing that sometimes it's just part of the job, everything tends to work out
