Working at Home Instead is great!

Pros: The hours are pretty flexible, and they are able to respect my availability. I feel that I am paid pretty well, and when hard times hit, my boss is always quick to give us a bonus. Caring for patients in the community is so rewarding and they always appreciate my help.
Cons: Driving to and from patient homes can be tough sometimes. And sometimes you and the patient don't always get along. Those can be hard, but as long as I am communicating with my supervisor and realizing that sometimes it's just part of the job, everything tends to work out

It is in home staffing and working in this line of field with covid-19 is crazy because I can't work because of no daycare still employed at this time though just can't do no hours at this moment.

Pros: I grew up here, know everyone. The cost of living is average but pay is a little better at my employer than some of our other facilities.
Cons: It’s changed a lot and some not good.
