Pros: Interacting with suppliers and helping solve problems for them and our personnel. I love researching new and innovative ways to get things done.
Cons: The pay and my manager are the worst things here.

Do an internship while still in college! Do not graduate and start looking for a job from scratch assuming you can find something as easily as you found any previous part time job.

Be yourself and be concentrated all time, without distractions, and take all with responsibility, ask if you have doubts, and keep good communication with colleagues and even your boss, be clear with all that you want to share, keep informed all time with trends on the market, risky situations that can affect your job, stay alert, I recommend "a quality Job" instead a quantity Job, some times mistakes teach you to learn about business life, learn about mistakes and take the right way and teach other and avoid further mistakes according your experience.
