Pros: That its not the same everyday , a lot of different things going on all the time. I also like the fact that I can be very versatile in different areas of my job.
Cons: Dealing with vender that do not respond to your emails.

Cons: I don't like the older people who disagree and don't listen to you.

Pros: Steady work. Room for improvement.
Cons: Poor management, no clearly defined roles, nepotism, overload in work, expected to work overtime with no compensation, antiquated procedures and policies, upper management does not listen to concerns, no training, not given the tools to do the job properly. Poor work conditions. No career mobility.
