Business Systems Analyst:
Practice envisioning business processes and procedures and how they can be more efficient. As you help others look at what they are doing, you will be better able to help them first define the processes they have and then where they can improve. This will also help root out requirements for systems, as well as other organizational factors that affect the business.

Learn as much languages as you can, attention to detail, be a good listener, be very organized, manage time accordingly, be proactive, be a good problem solver.

My Experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Business Systems Analyst:
Pros: I loved the global interaction that I had with stakeholders in 4-5 different locations and time zones. I loved the exposure. I love the fact that I am involved in the design phase, when everything is on paper and can be revamped as required.
Cons: Bad coordination within teams.
