Pros: Hunting new client, closing contract, managing them to produce turn over, creating new way to work, travelling, client relation.
Cons: Reporting, long process to put offer on line, no process.

While I enjoy all aspects of my job, but my favourite part is working with the client or business unit leader to understand their business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
