Political work Environment.

Pros: gym membership and 401K plan
Cons: - Micromanaging every single thing - Production/ assembly work environment and it does not seems like a BioMed job. They care about how many devices you do a day. - Management lies to get the new hires accept the job. - Management is still struggling with the high employee turnover rate - Too Political work environment - If you are not part of a group, you will not get what you want from the management - Gossiping is toxic here - LOAD work Environment and workers play music loudly out of their computers and smartphones. It is a complete disaster. - Management overlooks people's knowledge of the Biomed industry and tries to control your skills and treat you like if you were a robot - They find ways to pay you less compared to the productivity you provide for the company. They exhaust you while the pay is less than the other employers. You have high productivity while trying to pay you less. - Senior management does not try to get involved in making this place a better place for the current and new employees - Pay is down compared to what you provide for the company
