Beauty Advisor in Lathrop:
Pros: I mainly like working in Lathrop because I live less then 2 minutes away. I've never worked at any other store.
Cons: Starting to get a little dangerous in Lathrop area.

Making everyone look good.
Beauty Advisor:
Pros: They do care about their employees always and always findinf new and fun things for us to do or be a part of.
Cons: Often time the team is off focus and things get mixed up or the proper way to do something is done the wrong way because of unconfirmed procedures.

Some nice customers, heavy theft area.
Beauty Advisor:
Pros: Some of the people I work with.
Cons: High homeless population comes in the store. To much theft. Ask not to be scheduled in liquor, but the keep putting me there.

Pros: The ability to work independent.
Cons: Not obtaining a position that's priorty.

Pros: Able to attend and help customers.
Able to face all my lovely items everyday.
Learn new products and techniques and teach customers.
Cons: Facing bad tempered customers.
Facing customers that waste my time.
Facing company policies which is not right / no human rights.
Facing the people I work with.
Long hours.
Standing on my feet all day.
High stress level.
Being bullied.
Being slight under paid.
Feeling not important to the company.
