What is it like working as a Baker?

Bakery.
Baker:
Pros: I enjoy baking bread, working on saving for my own bakery.
Cons: The hours are long never get over time my public holidays are alwase changed to my day odd.

Baker:
Pros: It's fun making the product and being able to talk with customers.
Cons: The amount of stress and last minute ordering. It's bothersome because it makes my job harder to satisfy both management, as well as the customer when I was unaware of an order until it was either too late, or only enough time that I wasn't able to produce enough product to make all my desired items. Thus leaving me with having to make more of that same product when I could have done it with everything else if I had known earlier.

I Wish I Knew All The Basics About Baking.

Always make sure that when you learn something new you must always make it a point that you have your recipe next to you and follow it as written on the book.
