Brant Aero is pretty great.
Avionics Technician:
Pros: The people that work there are supportive and easy-going. They let you take your time and don't get mad when you make mistakes. Free coffee. Stress level fluctuates but is usually manageable.
Cons: The pay is terrible (barely enough to get by.) And the people have pretty conservative views (not necessarily a bad thing but not great if you had a liberal upbringing)
