What is it like working as an Avionics Technician?

Management is out pf touch.
Avionics Technician in Bridgeport:
Pros: The leaders on the floor (crew chiefs) and older technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. The work is repetitive and easy.
Cons: Upper management lives in a fantasy world about how things work on the floor. Most of the decisions they make go against all the suggestions they get from supervisors on the floor. Most of the workforce is inexperienced and there is little to no training available.
