The pay is good, but the environment is unprofessional.

Pros: The pay and the associate discount.
Cons: The company has very unprofessional piers, and disrespectful ,unapologetic upper management which makes the working environment a terrible place to be in. As well as feeling unappreciated for the hard work you do.

Company does not care about its employees. They expect everything to be done with a skeleton crew because they don't want to give hours. Workers are often alone for long periods of time. Benefits are minimal and expensive.
