Eye opener.

Pros: I can keep busy.selling close and making the customer happy. It builds my self confidence by learning new things and realizing I can go beyond what I think my limitions are when I work consistently at it.
Cons: My manager and her not giving me any space to be creative. Things have to be done exactly how she wants them done.

Middle age adults are unfairly.

Pros: The job itself is not bad. Clientele are great and even this generations kids when trained correctly can make a workday very productive and enjoyable. Plus they learn life lessons in many areas such as cleanliness, hygiene, manners, curtesy, monetary transactions, how to work under fast pace and stressful situations and respect for one another.
