Assistant Manager, Fast Food Reviews
What is it like working as an Assistant Manager, Fast Food?
April 2019
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Sidney:
Not gonna sugar coat this review . The franchise owned Burger King was a long anticipated new store owned by a Morman company out of Utah that I accepted a position of AM1 . The company takes away salary for anytime under 50 hrs a week and does not offer any sick or personal days to management . They Are not a good company as far as that benefits for salaried employers. They are never satisfied you give them everything you have and they still ask for more. Would never consider going back to work for this company ever.

The compensation is fairly underpaid. You don’t receive flexibility in your schedule and the work environment can be toxic as it gets busy.
