Pros: Very challenging, there is always something different happening each day that needs to be dealt with. The day is never boring, and there are always things to be done. Not a desk job, always running around.
Cons: Over worked. Not enough people to do jobs and tasks required. Not enough time to complete tasks which leads to stress.
