January 2021
It's good I like the work just not the pray for the work that's.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Craig:

Cons: The pay
January 2021
Stressful.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Seagoville:
Pros: My regular customers
Cons: My general manager who runs people into the ground and treats people poorly and holds out on raises for good people who deserve it just cause she can.
December 2020
Stressful, constant piling on of responsibilities from manager. No consistency.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Eugene:
Pros: Making food.
Cons: Working with unreliable people.
September 2020
It's a trap.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Grand Rapids:
Pros: Some of the kids I get to meet and learn about. It hurts to see em go sometimes. I try to inspire as many of them to do better than Burger King every day of my life. Go to school and make something of yourself.
Cons: The lies. Raises never happening, vacation getting delayed. People getting chance after chance when they NEED to be fired. Absent or walk outs is not acceptable unless you work at this company. Safty is a joke and so is management. Nice people for the most part, but they could be making WAY more money if they gave the right people the jobs or bothered to work on some. Not to mention the lack of care for the employees. It's a real joke.
July 2020
Sometimes just a whataday.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Tyler:
Pros: Actually working evening shift interacting with the younger kids.
Cons: When you try to inforce rules and procedures and they do not listen. Mainly morning shift team leaders. Also bad attitudes and sometimes rude to customers in my opinion.
June 2020
Terrible for Mental Health.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Clayton:
Pros: N/A
Cons: No communication, favoritism, terrible atmosphere all the way around.
May 2020
Stressful. They require you to do more then there is time.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Dallas:
Pros: the other employees and customers
Cons: both my supervisors are married to each other and do not communicate with each other.
