Pros: Flexibility
Cons: No one seems to have a handle on how to solve problems when they arise. Systems and organization structure is always change. There is a pervasive lack of accountability at all levels including the very top.

Pros: They trust employees to do a job and focus on getting the best people and putting them in roles that best suit their skills.
Cons: It’s a large, mature company with a lot of smart people. Impacts on the company happen over extended periods of time. It’s rare for a new hire to revolutionize a functional area because the leadership is so strong. Not necessarily a con, but can be frustrating if you’re used to making large improvements.
